Due to popular consensus (thank you!), I will carry on within this blog as my self, or rather as my semi-anonymous self-glorified cyber persona, Queen Lolo, rather than representing (or mis-representing?) C.W. Tzu, the former inhabitant of this page.
Well, at least most of the time.
You see, I feel somewhat like a squatter in someone else's home, since the heading and logo and original intent here still originated with C.W. To just take over with no further regard for the previous author seems a bit ill-mannered. I feel more comfortable at least sharing the flat, and including some of C.W's insights and musings with my guests here every now and then.
Anyway, he was a far more clever, articulate, and enlightened writer than I. People paid good money to hear him speak at conferences and seminars. You'll get it free! I have a lot of cosmic tidbits he tossed my way over the years, and I'll toss them out to you every now and then as a free gift from the Queen. And I'll feel like I'm keeping him alive, here in cyberspace. I think he'd like that.
So.... here's a poem he shared with me awhile ago. It's called DYING. He wrote it some time ago, three years before his final 'separation' between life and death. I've always thought it quite beautiful.
Dying

Considering the path of separation...
With hope of healing
I become a raindrop
fallen into another
pilgrimage down river.
What change awaited me?
What cataracts might break and polish my liquid bones?
What carved canyons hidden from light,
what grassy plains trailing into sand,
what miracles,
what sins,
what cowering or flight would I know?
Stony rapids constantly reshaped me, as did
calm pools, wind, and eddies spinning in the light.
I understand only that I am water
seeking embrace in The Mother’s moon-washed sea.
There I will cease the fight,
and be just mist to rise
seeking rain among Father Sky's meteoric,
time-spent, hydrogen mystery…
…awaiting condensation of the soul
to begin the trip once more…
