The Sad Incidence of a KHS Member’s Suicide
I ask for any help from any Soka member, or any human being to get this page down. Kyoko was not even part of Kempon Hokke, she was a long time friend of my family, and this page has been up on the internet for over 10 years, and every Soka Gakkai Member is OK with it, so now you are outraged with Mark Rogow, how hypocritcal.
You should call your Sensei or cheifs, and say, "hey, get this page down".
NOW.. just before she died, she was hounded by SGI friends at her place of work in Detroit and attended several of their meetings. I don't see anything about that in the report, do you?

Mark's blog in question was clearly inappropriate. I haven't decided exactly what to do about it, but what he wrote about children dying was more personal than the Ruby's ridiculous page you quoted above.
The problem is that they put up their own page with their own URL. Talking to our "Senseis or Chief's" is not realistic. SGI does not have that sort of networked organization.
All I have control of is FWP.
All of this is becoming representative of the darkest ugliest side of individual human behavior. Curses, blame, superstition. I see no Buddhism at all. Do you?

Posted by: Rev. Greg at May 13, 2008 08:05 AMFirst of all, I don't advocate or support Rogow's post at all. If he thinks using George Bush fear tactics has anything to do with Original Buddha teachings, he needs a labotomy (I would rather have a bottle in front of me).
Did the Ruby's sign the SGI agreement? If so, the whole is sum of it's parts Greg. That is why I left Kempon Hokke. That is why I left all Nichiren Religion, I do not want to be part of it's perceived whole.
Yes, you, or Guy McCloskey could call the Ruby's and say, "This is totally over the top, you should remove the page, shame on you". Or call someone with more influence. Say, either you take it down, or you will be kicked out.
You, know, they have said, and put even worse pages, I only posted the one link.
Thank you so much for your response, I guess the other SGI people who read have no morals or ethics
and you don't need religion for that. YOU, might just be a good person, and Greg, either you are, or you are not, thanks for being a friend.
