THE VENEREAL DISEASE OF MANKIND

This evening I was forced to remove a post from someone who felt it was ok to enter my private space, my private blog, and have a tantrum like a little school girl. He was ranting and raving about things without offering any substance, he was exactly the reason I left Nichiren Buddhism and realized that there was no Buddhism in the Nichiren Sects.

People who say they are Buddhists should exhibit some sort of behavior that I would recognize, but Jon and others like him just close their eyes and swing. They talk about Original Enlightenment when they have no idea what enlightenment is, it is all just a game, a game that their noggin has originated. A game without end, a game that breeds anger and hate, and wars, and enemies.

We think of the hate religion engenders, the fanaticism it breeds, the debilitating fear, dependency, sense of insignificance, and stultification it instills. We see the witch hunting, crusades, inquisitions, human sacrifices, satanic cults, ritualistic stupidities, superstitions, dogma, prejudice, massacres, genocide, and wars perpetuated in its name. We also see the part it plays in obstructing reason, science, and sane behavior. The list could go on and on.
I don’t have hate toward Jon Petry, he is a victim of not believing what is in the Lotus Sutra.

When Montherlant called religion "the venereal disease of mankind," he is not exaggerating. We will not return to sanity, peace, and fruitful lives until we rid ourselves of those aspects of religion that are pure inventions of human minds.

I'm a little confused.

If you're no longer a Nichiren Buddhist, then why do you continue to blog on a Nichiren Buddhist blogsite?

Thank you for your question, it sounds reasonable. What you call Nichiren Buddhism and what I call Nichiren Buddhism is not the same thing. I can assume I am correct on that judgment because you have asked why I am posting here, it must bother you that I call out to everyone that Nichiren’s letters have been gently led into the world of Religion and those letters have been used to divide people into different sects and groups to create hate and anger and have been a tool to separate people into boxes rather than unite everyone that is desirous of learning the teaching of Buddha. The Lotus Sutra itself is anti-religion, and Nichiren’s letters indicate that he never wanted to start a new sect or religion, and in the Rissho Ankoku Ron, he said the existing Religions were responsible for the pain and suffering in Japan. Nichiren, I believe would not approve of the existing scenario of the established so-called Nichiren Buddhist Sects. There is nothing that Nichiren introduced into this world that was his own, he drew everything from the Buddha. The Mandala was the Eternal Buddha, the chant was the title of the Lotus Sutra, and he considered himself Jogyo, one of those in attendance at the Ceremony in Space. So far, you cannot dispute anything that I have said, the documented evidence exists. Nichiren was a Priest, attached to his homeland, militant in nature, born from his mother and father he was a Human being not a Buddha. Any practice that Nichiren told his disciples to do were Human practices that he thought were necessary to have people break their attachments to false Buddha’s. In the Lotus Sutra is says, “Only a Buddha and a Buddha can understand this sutra”. How could he have them throw away Amida, simple, give them the title of the Lotus Sutra, and have them chant the Lotus Sutra. Statues of Dainichi and other Statues, simple, make a Mandala of the Ceremony in Space and show the Eternal Buddha, but all these were devices made by a human. You can’t copy these human practices and expect results that will open your eyes as a Buddha, it’s impossible. Nichiren never made those claims himself. So, what exactly is in the Lotus Sutra?
Buddha said he was going to reveal a secret, and that secret was the lifespan of the Buddha. The lifespan of Buddha is eternal. Of course we read that as a human as think, what the heck does that mean? Our vision of Buddha is someone flying around the world, visiting people in different worlds, living life as 007, but here we see, it’s something we cannot comprehend as a human. We are transported to the Ceremony in Space, we see all the beings there, we receive transmission of the lifespan, we learn we have been taught by the Original Buddha, and we have been sent here for a specific purpose, and that is to let others know the secret, that the lifespan of the Buddha is eternal, and everyone has Buddha Nature and we will all be a Buddha. All practices taught by humans are just meaningless as far as leading someone to become free of the pain and suffering of birth and death.

So today, there is no Nichiren Buddhism, just people who think they are in groups that practice something Nichiren said, but the real Nichiren message would bring people together, not fragment everyone, the real truth of the sutra brings you peace of mind that people who are misguided will become a Buddha anyway, the real message is that there is nothing to fight about.
I write here because there are too many people that enjoy spreading human teachings that lead to more pain and suffering,
